Prepare the stainless steel bag by running the cable tie in and out through four sections around the perimeter and about 1" (2.5cm) below the top opening of the bag.
Attach the two ends of the cable tie together leaving a tail end of at least 5.5" (14 cm).
Load the stainless steel bag and attach the cable tie puller to the tail section of the cable tie.

Place the bag over the fruit and pull the cord until the top of the bag is closed around the fruit's stem.
Let go of the cord and move the Fruit Bagger sideways and down, allowing the fruit stem to pass through the end gap.
The cable tie puller will slide off on its own leaving behind a perfectly bagged fruit.
If the cable tie puller seems stuck there is a good chance that it is in fact the cable tie that has looped itself around one the fruit bagger's curved arm. Just maneuver it to free the loop before pulling down the Fruit Bagger from the cable tie.
